Over his thirty-year career, Mr. Finn has developed and executed strategic resolution plans for thousands of pre-litigation disputes and litigated matters. He has served in multiple roles in the mediation process, including decision-maker, mediator, counsel of record, party representative, and representative for nonprofit organizations with final settlement authority. Mr. Finn finds the facilitation of negotiated resolutions at the pre-litigation stage especially rewarding.
