Fees
Mediation fees are based on session length and number of sides. Standard preparation is included in the half-day and full-day rates.
Half-Day
Up to 4 hours, including standard preparation

$2,000 total
($1,000 per side)
Three or more sides
$2,400 total
(divided equally)
Full-Day
Up to 8 hours, including standard preparation
Two sides
$4,000 total
($2,000 per side)
Three or more sides
$6,300 total
(divided equally)
Hourly Rate
$500 per hour for additional services, including pre-mediation conferences or supplemental review beyond standard preparation.
No charge will be assessed for reasonable follow-up discussions after the mediation session when those communications are directed toward finalizing or confirming settlement.
Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit from each party is due no later than five (5) days before the scheduled mediation date. The remaining balance is due following the mediation session.
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation or postponement fees. If a mediation must be rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the parties, subject to availability.
